This is an Add On option for your custom horse doll.
Your custom heirloom horse will be even more of a perfect keepsake when it includes your horse’s real hair. I carefully and meticulously attach their real hair for a mane & tail. I use adhesive and stitching to sew on the hair and create a neat finish to the doll.
How much do you need to send?
It’s hard to give an exact amount of how much hair is needed, but if you’re able to generously fill a snack sized zip lock bag of hair that is at least 6inches, then that should be a perfect amount for me to work with. Any hair that I do not use I return back to you in the mail with your finished doll. Please see the video clip showing the amount of hair I previously mentioned!
One thing to keep in mind is that results can vary slightly depending on the texture of the hair that is sent. Majority of the time I leave the manes’ length longer than it may have been in real life. The shorter I trim the hair, the more it tends to stick up. To keep it down and lay neatly, I keep the length long.
You are responsible for shipping the hair with your carrier of choice. The mailing address to send the hair to will be provided via email after your order is placed.
🤍🤍🤍 If your horse has passed on, I send my deepest sympathies. I think we can all agree the hardest part of owning a horse is the day when their tail will receive its last trim. Parting with our beloved horses will never be easy. It is my biggest honor that I get to be part of what will be such a sweet memory.
